Our team is quite young with very talented athletes with great room for improvement, unfortunately we didn’t have so many training sessions with the more experienced players, so our first goal is to find the right balance of roles and consequently of the team in this Novotel Cup #33.
Our second goal is to give our supporters the victory despite the level of this edition is higher than the previous one!

I will approach each game with the intention of winning it, also knowing that the opponent wants the same.
Above all, I want my players to give the best at every moment in order to play at the maximum of their capacities.
I will be very happy to be able to repeat the performance of the last edition, but I also know that it will be harder than 2 years ago.
